Cancellation Policy
60 days to 31 days before arrival: 20%
30 days to 16 days prior to arrival: 50%
15 days or less before arrival, No-shows: 100%
PAYMENT POLICIES
Once we have received your provisional booking, we will send you a provisional confirmation of your reservation. All provisional reservations must be confirmed two months / 60 days before arrival. Once confirmed, we will send a tax invoice. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival unless requested otherwise. We require proof of payment via email to confirm your reservation. Once we receive proof of payment, an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your reservation.
